14 days, no questions that matter. If Hologram Pro isn't for you, email [email protected] from your purchase email within 14 days of purchase, with your order number if you have it. We refund in full to the original payment method, processed by Polar; it typically lands within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

Subscriptions

Cancel anytime from your Polar purchase page; cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period, and the software then degrades to the free open core. The first subscription payment is covered by the same 14-day window.

The fine print

• A refund revokes the license key; the software degrades to the open core — nothing breaks.
• We may decline repeat purchase-and-refund cycles that look like free rolling licenses.
• If something is broken for you, we'd genuinely rather fix it — the support address is read by the person who built it.
